Meet Kassandra

I am a licensed mental health counselor with about 4 years of counseling experience. I founded Luna LMHC so that I may be able to facilitate and act as a support, guide and companion throughout your journey of growth. I believe heavily in growth and healing. It's easy to fall into the thinking trap that "things will never change" but with the right set of tools, consistency and accountability, we can all be set up to win. I work using a nonjudgemental approach and am open to new ideas, especially from my clients. At the end of the day, we are all human before anything else - learning from each other can be the best fuel for success in life.
